An accident...

Firstly, Is "yeah" a proper english word?

Last Wednesday one of my roommates had an accident. He was on the road, walking to his University when suddenly a car hit him from the back. He wasn't aware of aware of the car behind him. It's a one way road (60th Street) so you only look at the direction where the cars are coming from but this particular driver did not follow the rule! He decided to take a "shortcut" and was too busy looking out for the police that he did not notice my friend and BAM!! No serious injuries though, only some bruises here and there, a few stitches and a swollen right foot.

The worst thing is that after the accident the driver took my friend into his car and went to his OFFICE!!! Later, my friend took another taxi to the hospital and received treatment. The driver who hit my friend "disappeared" along with his car. Still looking for him..

The past few days I've been the one taking care of him too (since I'm at the hostel most of the time). Yesterday we went to the hospital to change his bandages and going again on Thursday.

يوم الاربعاء الماضي واحدة من بلدي الحجرة وكان مجرد حادث. كان على الطريق ، والمشي لجامعة فجأة سيارة عندما ضربه من الخلف. انه ليس على علم علم السيارة خلفه. انه طريق واحد لذلك إلا أن ننظر إلى اتجاه فيه السيارات القادمة من السائق ولكن هذا لم يتبع القاعدة! قرر اتخاذ "اختصار" مشغول جدا ويبحث عن الشرطة انه لم يلاحظ صديقي والسوق! وإن أي إصابات خطيرة ، سوى بعض الكدمات هنا وهناك ، بعض الغرز وتورم في القدم اليمنى.

أسوأ شيء هو أن بعد الحادث السائق أخذ صديقي سيارته وتوجه الى مكتبه! في وقت لاحق ، صديقي أخرى سيارة أجرة إلى المستشفى وتلقى العلاج. السائق الذي ضرب صديقي "اختفى" مع سيارته. ولا تزال تبحث عنه..

الأيام القليلة الماضية ، كنت واحدة ، مع إيلاء عناية خاصة جدا له (انا منذ نزل في معظم الأحيان). أمس ذهبنا الى المستشفى لتغيير الضمادات والذهاب مرة أخرى يوم الخميس.

Pada hari Rabu yang lepas salah satu dari rakan bilik saya dari asrama kena langgar kereta.. Nasib baik lah tak ada apa2 sangat.. Camnih crita dia:

Seperti biasa dia pagi2 lagi sudah keluar menuju ke Universiti Iman. Tetapi pada pagi ini malang tidak berbau - Seorang pemandu teksi (yang entah nak pergi mana) melanggar peraturan jalan demi menjimat minyak (maklumlah "mahal" sangat minyak kat sni, sebenarnye murah sangat). Sebab dia melanggar peraturan pada waktu itu dia pun sibuk memandang ke arah2 yang berlainan kalau2 ada Polis (polis sini tak main saman, tapi "rasuah"..kalau kena tangkap dia minta memang banyak ah) dan tak nampak kawan saya didepan (nama dia Ziqry), dan dia pun terlanggarlah kawan saya nih..

Lepas langgar dia pun terus bawa Ziqry pergi ke PEJABAT DIA!!! Cermin depan kereta pecah, pergi la buat insurans cepat2... Ziqry pun ambik teksi lain ke hospital.. Alhamdulillah tak ada apa2 sangat, cuma luka sikit2 sini sana & kaki yang bengkak (petang nih kena urut ngn budak Indon). Yang menjaga dia ialah saya..

Hari Sabtu lepas kita pergi tukar balutan, nti lusa kena pergi lagi...
Itu je ah..
